Charles
Biter has over 30 years of leadership in real estate. He served
as Executive Officer of the Nashville Apartment Association and
as Executive Vice President at First Management Services in Nashville,
before founding Continental Property in 1985. After getting his
designation as a Certified Property Manager, he continued his
education with classes in leasing, managing, and planning for
shopping centers and retail space, residential properties, and
real estate investments. He has also served as the Past President
of the Middle Tennessee Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate
Management, as President of the Downtown Nashville Lions Club,
on the Nashville Board of Realtors, and on the Board of Directors
of the Nashville Homebuilders Association. He is a founder and
past president of Apartment Councils of Tennessee. He is a graduate
of the University of Memphis. |

Maclin P. Davis, III

Maclin
Davis graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel
Hill in 1976 with a B.S. in Business, Accounting Major. While
working in the Peat Marwick audit department, he earned his CPA
designation in 1979. He served as Vice President and Director
of Tennessee Foundry and Machine Company in 1978 and 1979. From
1980 to 1985 he served a variety of clients at Baker, Sparks and
Davis, a CPA firm in Nashville, TN. Over his career he learned
valuable skills in tax return preparation, tax and financial planning,
general accounting, and auditing. He has also served as a past
officer and board member of Nashville Mental Health Association
and Young Adult Rehabilitation Center. In 1985 he joined Charles
Biter in forming Continental Property Management.

Diane Cathey

Diane
Cathey has over 35 years of experience in the real estate market,
working to add value to residential properties. She currently supervises
over 1,300 units. She has several years of experience dedicated
to turning properties around as she previously supervised Continental
Property Management's efforts to rehabilitate older properties.
Over the years she has managed duplexes, single-housing and condominiums
for individual owners, housing for the elderly, and Section 8 housing.
She has been very active in the Institute for Real Estate Management's
Accredited Residential Manager program serving as committee chairperson,
treasurer, public relations, and chair of education. She currently
serves as a board member for the Greater Nashville Apartment Association
and is the past President of the Greater Nashville Institute Real Estate
Management Chapter. She is a graduate of the University of Tennessee. |

Dan Hein has been in residential property management since 1985. He is experienced in single family, farm and trust real estate property. Dan joined the Continental Property Management, LLC team in 2001 and currently oversees all management, supervision of accounts payable, receivables, budget preparation, marketing, capitol improvements and financial reporting for all middle Tennessee properties. He attended David Lipscomb University with studies in Business Administration and is currently an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management. Along with his family, he spends his free time in passionate pursuit of showing his horses! |
