Continental Property Management utilizes state of the art property management systems to keep you informed about your real estate investment. Our management company connects managed properties to the central office through a secure computer intranet or to our cloud base stations. This technology provides us real-time information on each of the apartment communities in our portfolio.

Continental Property Management maintains strict accounting procedures and other controls to insure that money is collected efficiently and accurately, that it is spent appropriately according to the property’s management plan, and that the real estate investor will not be defrauded.
- Rents are collected and deposited daily with a strict “no cash” policy.
- All disbursements are made from the central office after passing multiple reviews.
- All activity reports are reviewed by our controller or an independent CPA.
- Bank statements are reconciled by individual(s) other than the individual(s) responsible for those disbursements.
- Managers perform regular vacancy inspections and a quarterly review of on-site records.
These controls make sure that money is afforded the highest level of security. However, even in the best of circumstances, fraud is still a possibility. Therefore, Continental Property Management, LLC carries fraud insurance to insure that the investor will not lose money through dishonesty.
